Yggdrasil is level 100.

Just like little girls and boys. Playing with their little toys

what does this mean

Seems like all they really were doing Was waiting for love

monday left me broken? (thats the only song ik with waiting for love)

I accidentally clicked full reset... really should have a confirmation prompt -_-

dont worry you can load your save

Game absolutely does not load at all.

I've played a lot of idle games, but THIS is true ideling!!!! 10/10 this game is true to it's name, and i cant wait to see how far i can progress in one sitting! tysm rafael79!!!

Loved this game for a long while, some recommendations id like to put in myself and that you dont need to put in the game but would be cool if you did would be some new reforge upgrades as the dopamine rush of finding out what the upgrades do for the first time wears off a bit when you reach max reforge for some of them, maybe another stat to upgrade that upgrades your damage you deal in a sort of auto RPG battle location where you grind for loot to increase stats by a base amount that is saved over reforges?
idk you dont need to listen to any of that just know your game is really good and i appreciate you making this for the world :)

Solid 10/(10^-5)

what

i beat the game! :D 5 stars

but the thing is... i'm gonna keep going until the numbers reach a limit. or until i get bored, which is unlikely.

Good. Make a Steam version and make achievements for it, everyone wants one more short game they can 100% on Steam. Not to mention, this is essentially the Idle game I would make, if I were to make an Idle game. Good.

does this save?

its not working for me in the browser

I hope this game has a github page…

Game isn't displaying properly with the navigator "Brave", had to reinstall Chrome to be able to play in good conditions

(1 edit)

Might be the Shield protection causing some issue. I also use brave and I have to disable shield for it to work properly.

should definitely have music

Would be nice to have a downloadable version of this game to play on desktop

not likely something you'll want to change for this game, but something to consider if you do another game in the future:

the various elements don't really do anything...I end up always hitting "buy all" on the auras page, and the difference in forging costs are nearly negligible.

I'm never going to look at a tree and see that it has a particular resistance therefore choose to boost that aura because it is likely going to be a different resistance the instant it ticks over to the next tree.

I didn't want to hard reset after killing Yggdrasil while being AFK :(

I wanna keep plaaayiiing

Hello, I just shipped a update that allows the game to keep going even after the last tree. Now instead of a full reset, you can just reforge.

what level is Yggdrasil?

This game is great! Thanks for making it.  Not too fast, not too slow.  Very fun!

I think there is also a bug with the "buy all" button of imbuements: if I have enough wood to buy one upgrade, but not more, all imbuements still gain one level.

[Edit] Nevermind, I'm dumb. I was confused by the reordering of imbuement upgrades.

In the "imbuement" > "show all" page, there is a typo on "purity".

TypeError: player.reforged is undefined at gameJS:44:1

This is odd. I made a little change, does the error still occur? If so, it happened after some action or the game doesn't start?

still happens.

As the game doesn't even start I think that we are dealing with a race-condition between the main loop wanting to call up the function/variable and the initialization routines not yet having defined it.

It seems to be a problem with the save file. I did another change to load a backup save in case of error, but  if the change still don't fix it I will have to dig my code to find what happened and hopefully fix it without needing to reset the save. I'm sorry about all the trouble.

Was busy with some other things but now I'm getting

TypeError: player is null

If you allow me do another question: Do you got to play the game at all and then the bug happened or the game never loaded in the first place? Also, which browser you are using?

(+6)

Allow us to continue the game after beating it instead of full reset please. It would be nice to get more seeds upgrades and beat the game faster and faster.

Done!

(+1)

Its really fun i wish they add more things into the game!

(+5)

Any chance we could get the imbuements to remember your selection so we don't have to keep clicking on it to upgrade after each upgrade? Otherwise this is a pretty great game!

Working on it!  Done!!

(+1)

Yeah it's fun! Can't wait to see more content.

Do you have Discord server?

Unfortunately, not yet.

This is fun, good job!

(+1)

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed!

You're very welcome!

(+3)

would be nice to have a buy all for the aura tab

FWIW, the Reforge cost scaling would feel better for me as a player if the upgrades scaled in cost independently.  I don't yet see a way to reset the points spent, so it's possible to make dire mistakes in the Reforge build.

(1 edit)

Indeed. I will see if I create a possiblity of letting the player reset the reforge points a couple of times.

Update: Done!
